City Water Main Break Has Flooded Saint Peter's Church

I regret to inform you of a significant water main break that has affected Saint Peter's Church. A city water main located under the plaza shared by Saint Peter's, the Citigroup Center, and the subway entrance at the corner of 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue broke over the weekend, causing significant flooding in the sanctuary and basement level rooms of our church. Nevelson Chapel and street level church offices have not been affected by this event.
