Our Mutual Aid Fund helps keep our community programming alive, supporting the most vulnerable in our midst.

The Mutual Aid Fund goes towards Saint Peter’s programs that provide food, supplies, and immigration services to communities in need. Saint Peter’s is a bilingual English-speaking and Spanish-speaking community, and all are embraced. We appreciate your commitment to this compassionate way forward.

Initially created to address the immediate needs of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mutual Aid Ministry continues to serve others today in many ways, including weekly food distributions in Queens, NY. Read below for historical updates and the legacy of the Mutual Aid Ministry.

COVID Taskforce

May 12, 2021: The COVID-19 Taskforce, staff, and key lay leadership are beginning to plan for a phased in-person return to Saint Peter’s activities.

October 22, 2020: NYU has awarded a $50,000 grant to help fund Saint Peter's COVID Relief effort. This support, joined with your giving, continues to provide crucial sustainable care in this ongoing pandemic.
