Winter Storm Update

Saint Peter’s Church will close beginning at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday 02.22 and remain closed on 02.23 due to the Winter Storm.

Dear people of Saint Peter’s,

Mayor Mamdani has announced that New York City and the Metropolitan area will be under a blizzard warning beginning Sunday, February 22 at 1:00 PM and continuing into Monday, February 23. While the City has not yet made a determination about school closures, the Mayor has encouraged all New Yorkers to stay home on Monday.

In response, Saint Peter’s Church building will close on Sunday, February 22 beginning at 1:00 P.M. and remain closed on Monday, February 23. At this point we expect to re-open on Tuesday, February 24.

Even though we will be open Sunday morning, I encourage you to prioritize your safety. Our  11:00 A.M. liturgy will be live-streamed.

Grace and peace to you,

Jared R. Stahler
Senior Pastor
