The New York Society of Women Artists (NYSWA) was founded in 1925. NYSWA artists' unique perspectives on the world and on the art-making process allow the viewer to see through their eyes. By switching viewpoints, exploring different mediums and adopting distinctive styles, NYSWA artists continually seek original ways of interpreting the environment around them.
